Chỉ người, nhất là phụ nữ theo quan niệm cũ, cười cợt không đúng lúc, chưa giao tiếp đã cười, nên bị xem là thiếu đoan trang, kín đáo và kém tế nhị. Thường dùng để chê cách ứng xử bị cho là vô ý tứ.

Refers, especially in traditional views about women, to someone who laughs inappropriately or too readily and is therefore seen as lacking modesty and tact. It is used to criticize behavior considered indiscreet or ill-mannered.
